Today a friend tweeted “There is no such a thing like Free Lunch!”, I replied: “There is! Free Lunch by Pseutopia!” That was about a video called “Free Lunch” that went viral on Facebook during the anti-corruption movement (which is going to be like yet another inactive volcano) which started recently in India led by Anna Hazare! I liked the video very much, with some rare video clippings, were really thought provoking. Something like a theme music for anti-corruption movement! I had a look at their twitter profile, and it says their location is “Cochin, Bangalore, New Jersey”. Good! Yet another Kerala rock band.

Their Description:

With its roots set deep in the alternative grunge era of rock, Pseutopia pursues its path to create hard hitting music that is bound to provoke your thoughts while it kicks your ass. As the name goes, pseudo-utopias are all around and they say it just like they see it. With raw and powerful lyrics, the music of Pseutopia is bound to get your heads banging on the inside and the out. From their formative years in their high school band to present day Pseutopia, the band has evolved and matured in its outlook on music, politics, society and life. Making a stand on social issues is a very. urgent. priority.
